The 20-foot Self-Balancing Ravan was a feat of community engineering. Due to a tight budget and high production expenses, the team could not afford long-term professional Dhol trainers. Instead of giving up, the youth bought their own sticks, two tashas, and a Nashik dhol. They learned by watching and practicing rigorously, eventually performing successfully at the Maa Bhagwati Jagran on October 17th, and subsequently at the Dussehra climax.
Furthermore, villagers were initially shy to sing publicly. To overcome this inhibition, Prince Singh Saini dedicated 6 continuous months to learning the 'clapbox' and vocal music via YouTube. He then personally trained the children and youth of the village[3].

Students of Maharana Pratap Public School (MPPS) delivered a stunning live Ramayana drama and Durga dance. श्री राम विजय महोत्सव २०२६ रतगल युवा संघ के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक मील का पत्थर था, जहाँ मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां गाँव के युवाओं और बच्चों को सौंपी गईं। यह आयोजन एक शानदार सफलता थी, पूरा रोड गाड़ियों से भर गया था और भारी भीड़ उमड़ी थी (यूट्यूब पर १ घंटे २५ मिनट का लाइव प्रसारण हुआ)। इसे RSS के सदस्यों और श्री सुभाष सुधा जैसे स्थानीय नेताओं का भारी समर्थन मिला।
२. इंजीनियरिंग और निर्माण (स्वयंभू रावण)
२०-फुट का सेल्फ-बैलेंसिंग रावण सामुदायिक इंजीनियरिंग का एक अद्भुत उदाहरण था। जहाँ इसका बाहरी आवरण और चेहरा बाहर से बनवाया गया था, वहीं इसका आंतरिक ढांचा (Internal Structure) पूरी तरह से युवाओं द्वारा वहीं तैयार किया गया था। बच्चों ने खुद सुरक्षित रूप से पटाखे लगाए। टीम ने JCB और सामूहिक जनशक्ति का उपयोग करके इस बिना रस्सियों (Zero-Guy-Wire) वाले ढांचे को भारी भीड़ के बीच सुरक्षित रूप से खड़ा किया।
३. संगीत के प्रति समर्पण (क्लैपबॉक्स और ढोल-ताशा)
बजट की कमी के कारण, टीम लंबे समय तक पेशेवर ढोल ट्रेनर्स का खर्च नहीं उठा सकती थी। इसके बजाय, उन्होंने खुद स्टिक्स, दो ताशे और एक नासिक ढोल खरीदा। उन्होंने ट्रेनर्स को देखकर सीखा और कड़ी प्रैक्टिस की। १७ अक्टूबर को माँ भगवती जागरण में सफलतापूर्वक प्रदर्शन करने के बाद दशहरे पर भी बेहतरीन प्रस्तुति दी।
इसके अलावा, गाँव वाले शुरू में गाने में शर्म महसूस कर रहे थे। इसे दूर करने के लिए, प्रिंस सिंह सैनी ने YouTube के माध्यम से 'क्लैपबॉक्स' (Clapbox) और संगीत सीखने में ६ महीने लगाए। फिर उन्होंने खुद बच्चों को संगीत सिखाया।

महाराणा प्रताप पब्लिक स्कूल (MPPS) के छात्रों ने एक शानदार लाइव रामायण नाटक और दुर्गा डांस प्रस्तुत किया। अपनी ट्रेनिंग से सशक्त होकर, रतगल युवा संघ के बच्चों ने पूरे आत्मविश्वास के साथ पार्वती गीत, राम स्तोत्र, महिषासुर मर्दिनी, राम कथा, और राम दूत स्तोत्र प्रिंस सैनी के क्लैपबॉक्स संगीत पर गाए, जिसने १०,०००+ दर्शकों का दिल जीत लिया।
